It's a book about the easy way to quit smoking...I'm about 1/2 through....it basically goes through all the reasons we think that we need to smoke and looks at why they are irrational. In short, smoking a cigarette reduces our withdrawal symptoms (thus we feel better). However, if we never smoked in the first place, we would not have withdrawal symptoms. Because we feel better when we feed our nicodemon, we start to believe that smoking helps us deal with stress, smoking helps us when we are bored, smoking helps us when we are anxious, depressed, etc when in reality all smoking did was feed the addiction.
It's a pretty good book....I can give the name to you over Instant Messenger sometime.
And thank you Danielle, I think I need a reward. I'm planning one for tomorrow... I just haven't decided for sure what it is going to be.
