I do know one thing, when You quit smoking, You have a lot more energy, so get into a good excercise program, I usually walk 2 1/2 miles every morning, but the winter months are kind of bad unless You have a treadmill to walk on, But drink lots of water, and eat healthy foods, But don't Never give up, Take charge of Your journey, be in control, Take care, Smokless In Oklahoma :)
