I'm smiling Mr. Clause......and I agree with you 100%. Humor and laughter releases those feel good endorphins that get us through the moments and the days. If we can't laugh at ourselves over the bow ties, special hats, sock basket's from hell, and the case of the eaten cereal dilema, then we miss out on the best part of living!
Keep smiling everyone and laugh at least once a day!
HUGS!!!!

Phil, I totally agree with you!
Smiling, joking, laughing makes all the difference in the world. I think when we've hit a bad patch we then get so down..However, when that bad patch is over with, the best medicine is laughing. I have found that even when I'm feeling badly about anything (not necessarily the quit)..if I throw in a funny movie it changes everything!
Good point Phil :) :) :)

Hi gang
This has been nagging me for a few days now and I need to choose my words carefully because I dont want to upset anyone. If I do it is totally unintentional I promise you.
I have ben knocking around this site for around 4 months now and chatting to quite a few folks on IM and it has become apparent to me that those of us who enjoy a laugh or three along the way have a better chance of succeeding than those who take their lives too seriously.
Do try and smile it makes one heck of a difference.I have kept a count and the smilers are winning hands down
HONEST!
Phil
