as of 6;00 tonight , it will be one week smoke free. its been tough, at times, but i think im gonna make it. lots of bubble baths, staying busy, re-paneling a couple rooms in my house. taking naps,peppermints.
and rewards. i went and had a pedicure today. i even attempted to sing in the choir today. (still need more lung power for that.) loving life today.
