hi, i would like to say thanks for ur kind words on one of my replies, its so nice when people can understand what u are going through and send kind words of encouragement.
i went out last nite and also for the first time in ages i faced the anxious thoughts which have led into panic attacks in the past, and managed to stay out until my agreed time of lift home.
i also didnt drink which is now 4 weeks and 4 days, (yes im counting).
this was a real achievement for me.
its funny because about two hours b4 i went home i became very anxious, wanting to go, feeling dizzy, sweaty, ands bouts of unreality, but i faced it, for about two hours and soon has it was time to go, the anxious activity went, and i felt normal again ( what is normal!! i forgot because im so use to what normal is what it is not)relaxed frame of body and mind.)
just like to add, i agree with you about only recording anxious thoughts not full panic attacks.
and also how do do axcess the notes ive wrote about the anxious thoughts when u have recorded them
thanks again to everyone!!
