the doc suggested that the physical activity provoked damage in my sternum-- the cartilage holding my ribs together... my heart is in good shape, i think.
if you do club drugs like E and crystal that could be contributing to your anxiety attacks. mine are always worse after i've drank alcohol. i used to do lots of drugs and i'm sure they didn't help, tho i had the anxiety prior to dabbling in raves and E and such. in fact, E helped my panic attacks for sometime, until they came back way worse, but i suspect that was due more to the alcohol (sober 4 months now!) and the stimulants (speed, coke, etc.) but i digress, dancing all night is healthy enough, i think, as long as you aren't doing drugs and drinking.
so, yeah, to answer your question: i have played rough in my life. i also experienced a broken collarbone from an ******* boyfriend and was thrown down a few flights of stairs here and there, etc... so i suppose i could have pain from that too.
