ex-slave,
I haven't been here much lately, but I'm SO glad to see you still quit and doing so well in your quit! You've definitely gotten through the first part just fine and are now about to begin another adventure. In order to quit the losenges, I would go about it the same way as quitting cigarettes. Set a date, get some coping mechanisms ready, when it's finally time to quit, get rid of all of your losenges, make a list of rewards you will use, and then just do it! You're addicted to nicotine and will continue to be a slave to the nicotine as long as you are on the losenges. So quitting them is VERY important! No, they're not as bad for your health as smoking, but they are just as expensive, if not more so, and can STILL have a negative health impact, so quitting them is very important. Think about how much money you will be saving by quitting them! That should be a good motivator for you in and of itself! So use that to help you along and don't forget the rewards! They're important too! You're going to feel great once you are finally free of this addiction for good! I LOVE being completely smoke, nicotine and smokimg-thought free! And so will you!
Crave the Quit!
Pam
