Hi TTDI,
I think that it really is "your time to do it". I know, it is amazing how smoking can turn your life from "active" to "sedentary"; SIT and SMOKE, SIT and SMOKE, SIT and SMOKE; sit and TALK and smoke with other smokers, sit on the telephone and smoke, sit on the computer and smoke, SIT and read and smoke, SIT and watch tv and smoke; SIT, SIT, SIT. I have not ever riden my bike and smoked? You were 5 months quit! That is wonderful. What made you make the decision to smoke again? Were you coming off on NRT? Think it through this time so you can be prepared for anything that comes your way. I will be thinking of you tomorrow..now, go lift some weights!
