Well today is the day. So far feeling ok. Not moving to fast today but I guess thats ok as long as i am not smoking. I thought I posted a little while ago but I guess it didn't go. I started the seconed week of chantix did anyone else get a bad headache? jnine

thanks Lady I am doing ok. I really havent done much today. I wrote a goodby letter to the cigarettes and startd a journel. Mayby I can write down my frustration when it gets bad.

Jnine, It may be from Chantix or it may be part of withdrawals from smoking. Please be sure to keep your doctor aware of any symptoms you are experiencing, especially if they persist, worsen or are accompanied by other symptoms. Congrats on day 1! A journal is an excellent idea! Write out your frustrations. I wish I had started one at the beginning of my quit. I think it will give you a record of how far you have come on the tough days. This is hell week but know that it does pass.
