Hi all! Just wanted to stop in and say thanks. I've worked the program, and have been reading. Had my last smoke Fri., Jan. 12th at 11:00 pm, so nearly 3 whole days for me! Reading all of the posts has really helped get me through some pretty nasty craves. I'm trying Chantix this time. Yes, it helps, but you still have to want to quit, and talk yourself through craves. I smoked for about 25 years, about a pack and a half a day, tried to quit more times than I can count. This is going to be the last time! (At least I hope it is)
