Windy,
When I first started at SSC, my first couple of weeks quit, there were a few people who went back to smoking, and as you put it....I was skeered..it freaks you out a little...but what I liked about the SSC was how everyone rallied to support you wether you were weak or strong. We share each other's victories and the time's that we struggle, and we learn a great deal from these by sharing with each other. It's how we grow, learn and get stronger.
That's all I need to know to keep moving on, one day at a time. We are all very serious about our quits....but we are fighting an addiction and we have to stick together and support each other through the good and the bad. We learn so much from watching each other. I guess it's all in how we look at things.
