Got it!
I went out to dinner with my husband, friends, drank ALOT (too much) and came really, really close to buying a pack so avoid those triggers if possible!
Next time I'll stop at the 5th glass!
LOL Phil.

Hi Gang
I have been causing chaos around here for around 6 months now so I know what I am talking about(Well sometimes!)
The most important part of your quit is to KEEP SMILING!!!!
Its the dark days that are dangerous when you are down you blame everything on Old Nick!!
Not so YOU are in control of the Starship Enterprise and only you can keep her pointed in the right direction.
So when you get a craving think of something funny and smile!
You cant smile whilst you are breaking your resolution can you?
Got it?
Phil

Too right Phil - thanks for this post!
It's true people, the happier you are the easier it becomes! It costs nothing to smile and it sure helps your frame of mind and therefore your ability to succeed.
In my book, a happy quitter is a smokefree winner!
