"Quitting is easier than realizing smoking was more important
to you than your life."
"Quitting is easier than than hearing a doctor say...'I'm sorry."
"Quitting is easier than looking out the window
knowing you can't go there anymore."
"Quitting is easier than dying."

OK, not sure how great I am at "Peaceful Quit Thoughts" but I'll try.
"Quitting is the most precious gift you can give to the most precious person in your life... you."
"The power, strength and desire to quit smoking are within each one of us. Having the courage to bring these things out is what makes all of us special."
There's my contribution. Is that what you were wanting? Hope I helped in some way.
Crave the Quit!
Pam

Chocolate!!
RD Man posted a quote the other day that I really loved.. (this isn't verbatum) If you're going through hell - keep on going. LOL!! That makes me giggle.
Other than that, there was a post by one of the admin here about anger that really made me feel better. I was very very angry for a long time, and that sure helped to remind myself that it wouldn't last forever.

Do not think about your quit in the future. Just think of today. Do not smoke today. In this way, days become weeks and weeks become months and so on..
all the best
