Hi! I am one of these new year's stoppers as well and wish a lot of focus and commitment to all of us, newly stoppers. Every time I tried to stop, it always kind of turned up the same way: The first few days, I feel really happy with myself and basically feel really limited redrawals effects. Then, after a few days, there is one of these awful hook form the nicotine, really cunningly calling, to which I can't resist and which still always pretty much come as a surprise coz I am never completely prepared to that.
It feels like I really want to stop this time, I feel better prepared as well from having filled up the preparatory steps. I just cannot understand why I would keep on because I am just completely disgussed by this smoking habit but I just hope I am going to be strong this time.
