Great post Duffis - For years I have been stuck in a rut. Quitting smoking hasn't always been easy...but having dealt with this addiction, I have gained the confidence to believe that I can tackle almost anything now! There are so many more opportunities when we don't have to feed our addiction.

Nice Duffis.
Something I have learned along this quit journey is that those challenges that we face are actually opportunities for further growth.
Great post, full of widom and truth.
