If I had believed 10 days ago that I would not have smoked for 10 days......well I would have laughed myself stupid. But here I am smoke free! Loving it! Sure I have craves....some worse than others but Lord! I love the smell of clean hair, sheets, towels and my mouth is so CLEAN. A friend who smokes called in about an hour ago. She didn't smoke but had obviously just put one out. WOW...the smell! It lasted for ages and I thought , 10 days ago that was me. It's lousy!!!!How could I have thought that chewing gum would mask the smell? If I neededanything to keep me going...well that was it. Keep going all you sweet smelling people. It has to be worth it. :blush:
