Susie,
Sounds to me like you've cleared a big hurdle here! Learning what works for you! You are doing absolutely great! And don't those 19 days feel delicious?

I was at a friend's 50th birthday party on Saturday. It started badly for me and my husband. Bored and definitely not enjoying the proceedings. After about an hour, we decided to go outside for some air. Call it a non-smoking break. We met up with the smokers and had a few laughs and shared experiences. It was freezing! However it helped!!! Anyway the rest of the night was fine and we had another couple of breaks outside which helped. Funny thing this smoking/not smoking is. Love it/Hate it.......Anyway, we are at our counselling session this Wednesday coming and we are still not smoking. We are still cranky, and feeling rough. Still hanging in there. And Phil......yes it will be better tomorrow....3 week anniversary! ;)

susie,
Congratulations on passing a great test! You should both be proud and reward yourself. Keep up the good work :)
