Oh Yeah!!! I found myself slipping just this past week, I strayed from my "routine" of keeping busy during the day, and extended my caffeine later than usual. I was in the same predicament. Toss and turn, maybe a half hour of sleep, constantly waking, thoughts seeping into my head. Then the next day, I was fatigued, didnt want to do anything, go anywhere. I realize that when I start to feel better, I sometimes "test" my routine by letting things slide, only to find it makes it worse. Im not doing this on purpose, but it sure puts me back in my place!
