I just read Kat's post and found yours :) For those who want to read and excellent post read Shevie's in Kat's post. It was a very good reminder for me today. I copied it and have printed it off. In part you said, "Don't view the point of prior failure as a wall or a rough spot or a danger. It isn't. It is simply a point in time to get beyond." I am on day 8 and the next few days I a have always let them get in my way. I read that this morning and thought WOW, that is just what I needed to read. Thank you very much my friend. I feel good about this quit, but still doing it one day at a time.
