I have been one of wackos who buys the vitamins and organic food, won't touch anything processed because of the "chemicals", yet smokes like a moron. You guys know the type. Like the guy who gets McDonald's (another fine American institution I might add) has it super sized, adds a hot fudge sundae....and of course the "diet" coke.
Well I have been sitting here quietly thinking about the toxins in my body, along with all these wonderful gastrointestinal problems I am having and have decided to do a detox. Anyway done one before? Anyone wanna know how it goes?
Happy Sunday Everyone! Life is good.

Pea,
If you're thinking of doing a detox, please use caution and if possible consult with a health professional. Some detoxes can be dangerous.
