My quitter friends,
Remember when our child started learning how to walk? How many times s/he fell down? How determined s/he was to try walking properly? Trying ... trying ... trying ... until one day, voila ... the child could walk on his/her own, without any help!
In a sense, in my humble opinion, our quit is very similar ... We slip, relapse, and fail several times ... However, with determination, we should try, try, try again ... until one day, we can then be totally free from this nicotine addiction. So, dont traumatize and dramatize any slip/relapse we might have! Have fun, laugh at it, regain our strength and resolution, and continue the journey to total freedom...
Never quit quitting, my dear friends!
Cheers,
nmc
