Ah yes, this worked for me as well..... ...that and totaling up the average of how many cigarettes I have smoked in my lifetime. It's nauseating really... ...but I forget all about smoking and the cravings go away.... Hi all, Sometimes, when the cravings are too strong, I have to rely on gruesome pictures of possible damages to the smoker's body, as a strong reminder that I must maintain my quit! A graphic illustration on the effects of tobacco use on your health, produced by the World Health Organization, is very helpful for that purpose. Use Google Search, enter the search string: "WHO The Smoker's Body", and see it for yourself!
