It's the perfect time to quit! I never used to enjoy smoking while sick anyway. Prepare a little. Have your coping mechanisms handy. Gum, water, sunflower seeds, etc. Keep yourself busy. Take a walk, clean a drawer.
Lots of slow deep breathing worked for me more than anything. You're doing a great thing, be gentle with yourself and reward yourself for getting through cravings. They pass.
