Hey Janet, I'm still here! I'm glad you're feeling so well, and me too. I hardly think about smoking at all anymore. I don't even bug my smoking hubby. I'm onto thinking about healthier eating habits now. And getting a healthier work environment (I hate my job)
I feel that this was the best thing I've ever done for myself, probably the only thing that I've done for myself. I still feel proud every day that I've done it.
To the newbies, it gets soooo much easier, and its sooo worth the pain of the first few days.
