Pity about IM but there we go.
Now you are over the worst(I hope) we can take a look at whats going on.Basically nothing unusual.Old Nick crept up on me and sprang out on me so many times along the way that I have GRADUALLY become accustomed to it.He is lurking behind me today but I can kick him into touch now a little easier than a few weeks or days ago Every day is getting easier now.
I am not getting complacent and am still on my guard!
Whatever you do dont give into him because you know you willhave to go through all this again if you do!!!!!!!!!
This is the only thought that has kept me going at times.Sheer terror at doing it all again.
Hope this helps
me
xx

Gonna here's a magic pumpkin
It is gonna get better, you're working so hard at it, you're doing all the right things, just be patient time heals all wounds. Sending positive vibes your way......One day at a time Marie
I doubt you will experience withdrawal while on patch, this should help you a lot. Have a good day ....
here's one for you...
no biting this is a porsche...
Eye of newt; brown recluse web; monkey balls and a pinch of salt...........................I need the magic potion to end this blasted two-day crave :(
I have tried all my distractionary devices (I'm not sure if that is a word-distractionary-but it is now-and I double-dog dare you to contradict me 'cuz I'm in THE mood!)
WHY do I get this way? I go for lengthy periods of time with ease, then I feel like crying and knocking the $hi+ out of someone...???? I have an 11:15 appt in the am.
I am going to ask for Chantix.
I need therapy.
I need a kick in the @$$.
I need a lobatomy.
I need a good nights rest.
Happy Halloween :8o:
I need Marie....can I lay my head in your lap and cry? Stroke me and tell me that this shall pass and to take it one day at a time.......
No smart-a$$ remarks from you, Phil! I know a few bobbies that owe me a favour or two :eg:

Thanks for all the concern. I will survive! (BTW, Marie has learned how to do that computer 'techie' stuff---there's no stoppin' her now! I do like the pic!)
Went to the Dr. and got my Chantix script. I had gone back to 7 mg patch the other day when things got hectic. In the AM I start my Chantix with the 7 mg patch for 3 days. Then will drop to the 5 mg. for 4 days. Then I WILL GO IT ALONE with the Chantix only.
I'm excited. When I got it filled the pharmacist bragged on and on about it and the insert was very positive.
Now, by golly, if I can quit...ANYBODY can! :)
