Thanks all. Wish I could fart on demand. I fart when shopping for greeting cards which I did tonite. Is that wierd or what? EVERY TIME! What I cherish is my walk, so I didn't make my cookies from scratch, but I made them. I unwind and destress when I walk. I bum out when I can't due to rain. But I'm out there, cold, wind or whatever...just not wet. I know I'm going to start crying and not be able to stop once I start and that is going to be really bad. What you see is what you get and that's me. I can't be phony, especially when I'm hurt. I am am faithful though so I'm taken care of. Well, it took all day, sustaining of several more digs, an apparent boycott of cookies, but here at the end of the day the fog is lifting!!! Thank God! OK it is Tuesday :)...better than Monday and closer to Friday. I am in a very uncomfortable (unwelcome) work environment and talk about long days!! IMG, yesterday afternoon I had myself totally convinced it was already Tuesday. I have moved to a new part of the building and my new co-workers are acting like territorial lions. I just hunker in my corner. I try to be kind but do not receive kindness in return. Tick, Tick, Tick. Is that the clock or me about to explode. Only one and a half days and it has seemed like an eternity. Ever feel people were going out of their way to make you feel unwelcome? How old are we here? Won't smoke. One of my new neighbors smokes and knows I quit. If there is some jealously it is still much more than that. The air is so thick you could cut it with a knife. Moderators: if this is not the forum than take it off. Just that I've come to respect and appreciate many here. Audrey, Are we talking about females working around you? They're feeling you out, a little jealous too, but it will work out. And I'm with you, use those break and bake cookies. They'll never know the difference. The first time you laugh at something one of them says, the first time you console one of them for one reason or another, or the first time you tell one of them something in private (Even if it's some crap you made up) you'll be accepted.
