Thanks again, everyone. I read, copied and kept the post from the link. It is great information! I'm going to have to read it even better to digest it all. I really think my urges to smoke, especially in the mornings, have something to do with blood sugar. I find myself trying to find something to fight it all morning long. So... yes, I will try fruit juices, etc., and think I'll make an appointment with the doctor. I want to get a physical, but thought I'd wait until nic is all out of my system. I stopped the gum a couple days ago. Being an all or nothing thinker does have some advantages. I know I can't smoke, because I either smoke or I don't. I have this urge to be healthy, so am starting on the food side of it now. All or nothing... healthy or not! I usually don't like my all or nothing thinking, but I think in this case, it is serving me well! Thanks again you all for answering!
