When I think about smoking (actually, I never really do think about smoking as such, just get uncomfortable and/or cranky) I tot up all of the money I've saved. I'm a single parent to 2 girls and money has been really tight for many years. I used to go into the cheap supermarket and buy cheap food, ration the "treats" if any, that I got for the girls, then they'd stand and watch as I spent the small fortune that my habit was costing me. The guilt was utterly horrendous. And I don't thave that any more!
