Aunt Deb, you can be my mentor. Do you accept?
Want to start now? I have a terrible day with cravings. We're moving office and i spent the day cleaning out someone else's files (which are now mine), paper, paper, boxing, lifting heavy boxes. I thought about smoking the whole way home. The trigger I think is that I've moved office space before and always rewarded myself by having smoke breaks.
Before I start a novel, I will wait to hear back from you LOL.
Pam, thanks for starting this. There are a couple of others interested and I'ld love to stay in contact when I find time to pop on here. Reading right now keeps me focused on why I decided to quit smoking. Sigh, I can't stop talking LOL, next weekend we're having dinner with 3 other couples, all smokers. I can't avoid my friends' forever, have to and want to have the dinner, overnight at their house, etc. I'm afraid I'll cave! Any tips?
Marie
