This is NOT a cry for help. To some it may be stating the obvious, but to 'younger' quitters, it may need saying.
I always find this time of year difficult. Perhaps it's the lack of daylight hours, the grey skies, the end of the holiday celebrations. This year for me, it's been made worse by some work-related difficulties and a major family row.
I'm feeling a lot better now, but Thursday / Friday, I couldn't have felt much worse.
The point is, and yes it's time for uppercase now, I KNEW ALL ALONG THAT THIS HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY QUIT. IT'S QUITE POSSIBLE TO BE A NON-SMOKER AND FEEL LOW / DEPRESSED AT SOME POINTS IN YOUR LIFE. DON'T ASSUME THAT IF YOU'RE NOT FEELING GOOD, IT HAS GOT TO BE RELATED TO YOU NOT SMOKING
rant over..
