Good to see you here. When you want to smoke, ask yourself if you would like to go pound your head on a wall, or put your hand on a hot stove burner, or poke a finger through your eye, or any other riduculous way you can think of to hurt yourself. That's what smoking is... it's hurting you, so when you think you want it, ask if you want to hurt yourself? Hopefully, the answer will be no, that you want to take care of yourself. Try to think of a way to care for yourself and comfort yourself to handle those emotions. It helps turn it from a negative into a positive. Hang in there... you're in my prayers.
