Alright, everyone says it's ok to quit a few times before you get it right. But I have quit and started up again so many times I can't count. OK, the first time was over ten years ago and I've quit at least once a year since then. I am a habitual quitter! (Yes, it's ironic that my login name is "final quit" and I started using this site two years ago, thinking then that it was the last time!) My last quit lasted two months, maybe. Now I'm back to smoking again. I just can't handle the way I feel when I'm not smoking. I'm cranky, irritated, depressed, bitter...(I could go on) I tried Zyban and it didn't help. In fact, it made me feel worst! I tried everything, even hypnosis. I just don't know what's wrong with me. I know I want to quit.....
Well, my new quit date is Jan. 1. Might as well enjoy myself over the holidays. I don't think there is anything that I don't already know about preparing myself. This time I'm going cold turkey. I am going to try to keep posting in this site. That's the only thing I haven't tried yet....
