Super congrats for going through day one, hang in there, you're in withdrawal and that's not an easy time. Drink a lot of water at least 48 ouces a day. Chew gum, ( cinnamon is good) or use cinnamom sticks, you can also chew on straws cut the length of a cig. Take very good care of yourself, nap if you can, or get to bed early. You deserve to do this for yourself ,so do what it takes to get through this, it will pass promise. :)Marie
