Strange...I had a headache for 3 days straight - wasn't sure if it was caused by gym or sugar. I think it was from cutting down carbs - I put sugar in coffee today, had toast with lunch and no headache....Going to try cutting down carbs again next week.

Many factors may cause headaches.
Inconsistent blood sugar, reduction in caffeine, quitting smoking, level of physical activity and sleep disturbances to name a few.
