Gonna-
You sound a little better this morning.
I just wanted to add in my two cents worth. Firstly, are you thinking that you are missing something/someone? Trying to find that missing link can overwhelm you at times. Instead of missing it, rejoice in the fact that you do not need it!!! Surround yourself with thoughts that you are free now, you are getting healthy, and you are in control of your life.
Secondly, rewards are so important. Keep rewarding yourself. There is no limit to the amount of rewards ~ just make sure you know & feel that it is a reward for your quit. Sometimes we just have to drill it into our heads.......
Lastly, take care of yourself. You need the nutrition, sleep, and exercise more than ever. Make sure you are eating your share of healthy foods. And vitamins??? Add some in. And getting plenty of sleep is crutial. Take naps if you feel like you need more. I personally take some tylenol pm a lot just to get a little deeper sleep..... And finally, you need to exercise. It rejuvinates your body and mind. Just a walk around the does wonders.
Anyhow, I hope your doc appt is successful. Sometimes we just need a little help from meds to steer us back on track. I did, and no shame there. I am back feeling strong and determined!
Take care,
;) 4my2girls
