Much better to laugh at how ridiculous life is...
Otherwise I would spend my entire life in tears. Turn your tradgedies into comedies. Just takes a different perspective on the exact same situation :p

Jan, grab my hand and we will walk through this day together. I went to bed really early last night, too. I don't know about you, but I just want to get to the other side, if there is one. One thing that put a smile on my face :), it if I hadn't smoke I would not have met all of you wonderful people. Try and have a good day.

Jan,
Yes that rollarcoaster will continue for awhile. You did the best you could for everyone concerned. Taking the time you need for yourself is wise and easier on your family. So while they are involved with something of their own, you can take the time to pamper yourself like never before. Try going to the store and finding some new skin lotions in different fragarences and do a little aroma therapy of your own.
As you clear the nicotine from your system, your sense of smell is increased and you will notice that you take more pleasure from little things. This time of year, try going to the florist and buying just a single flower. Bring it home and put it in a little vase somewhere you can see it and enjoy it. It is the little things that will get you through.
