Well first of all I would like to say thanks for all the advice. This whole no smoking thing is TOUGH! I don't think I got any more finger nails left to rip off. I live with people who smoke every 5 mins, just like I use to be. This may sound nuts...But I have been actually having dreams about smoking.lol Now, I'm thinking what's a matter with me??! I never realized how much smoking was a BIG part of my life. Thankfully i work on a job to where i have my hands busy alot...but the only problem is when the down time hits. And i been sleeping ALOT, that normal?

Yep, all normal for a new quit. But remember living with smokers takes a lot of coping skills, so keep your skills handy. And smoking was a big part of all our lives, it's why we are demanding our lives back. We have the control now, and so do you! Just remember, it is and always will be your choice! Jess, First of all, there's nothing wrong with you! You're breaking one of the hardest addictions there is to break! Be good to yourself right now. Remember to reward yourself a lot... you're doing a great thing for yourself... treat yourself well! Yes, sometimes sleeping more IS a symptom of quitting... other people have insomnia problems. Hi Jess, Sleeping is a wonderful coping skill :) So, it's as normal as can be... Quitting IS tough... just hang on tight and take the time to build your coping skills and get some distractions on hand for the tougher times... Read and read some more here... I learned how to keep my Quit strong and grounded by spending time reading here... Stay close to this site... and know we're all right here!! Oh ~ and make sure to show your meter!! Jess, Because nicotene is a stimulant, you were giving yourself so many little boosts every day. Now your body has to work its way back to 'normal' - I was sleepy for weeks after quitting. For some reason, other people can't sleep (side effect of patches or Wellbutrin?)....so half the quitters can't sleep, and the other half can't stay awake! It will pass..... Lizzie :)
