reviewing past sessions

Hi Jo, Once you are done your sessions you can only read your results. If you want to go back and read the content you will have to download the Panic Program Booklet to the left under "TOOLS". This is what you are asking right? Cheers, Melanie

Hi Susanne, It's probably right in front of me but I can't find where to click to get back to the previous sessions: I sign in and a screen comes up with a session diary, if I go to 'session results' it comes up with my diary of things I've written, but not the actual sessions I've read through (as the program sessions) The only place I see all the Sessions listed in order does not have 'clicking capabilities', if you know what I mean.....I can only go to the next session (ie: begin session four, exposure work), or review my diary, or to forms???......Jo

Hi Joanne, You should be able to click on the completed session to get the results or to re-read it. Let me know if that doesn't work Susanne

Hi, I'm sure I read somewhere that I could go back to sessions I'd completed to reread them. Now I've got myself in a pickle as I was only half way through session 4, and I jumped ahead without reading it as I thought at the end there would be the session schedule to go back to the other sessions and now I can't even get back to session 4. I've looked all over and can't find the spot where I can go back......help!.....Joanne
