Super,
I am sooooo proud of you. What stamina you have. I'm so glad you got back on that horse right away. 11 days is FANTASTIC!!!! We will never regret our quits, but we would regret succombing to the addiction again. We are stronger together, so hold on tight and you will make it through heck week to. Those craves are no match for the support of your friends here! Keep Fighting them!!!

Hi All
THis is the 3rd time i have quit in the last 2 months.First for 7 days then for 5 days.It seemed getting past 7 days was a big hurdle for me but i have done it.
I wish the craves would disappear as they can still be quite strong at times but im just beating them as they come.I know one day i will get through a day and realise all of a sudden i havent thought about cigarettes, what a feeling that must be!!!!!
I even had a few beers yesterday with some mates ( some who smoke )and managed to abstain which im really proud of.
The only downside is that im eating like a horse so am resigned to the fact i will put weight on but im gradually increasing my exercise levels and once xmas holidays are over can really concentrate on dropping the pounds.
I hope everyone is well and sticking with their quit ,it is soooo worth it
Super
