Windy and every one else: Never, ever forget what it was like to smoke. Never, ever forget [u]why[/u] you chose to quit.
Every day I remember the miserable details of smoking. I can still feel the heat of the cig on my fingers and lips, and in my mouth. I can feel the sting of the smoke in my eyes and throat. It often will actually trigger a cough.
As long as I can recall those details of the reality of smoking, there is no way I will ever go back.
