I have been around in a couple of days. My hives got really bad and my eyes were close to swelling shut. It seems like it's always something...I had to go back on my old medications until I get rid of the hives. I'm feeling alot better this afternoon-so I'm back. I had to back track on what I ate and basically I had little to no activity.

Today I did my ab tape twice. I also jumped on the treadmill twice 30 min each time. I wasn't out of breath when I ran for two minutes so I did intervals(run two minutes walk for three-repeat). I had a glimps of my old self-the person who never smoked and did 5 miles regardless.

Went to the gym did 30 minutes on the ellipitical. Tried to run on the treadmill afterward-mistake...I could only do 5 minutes. If I'm going to do both it will be treadmill before ellipitical-that won't be for a long while. I'm not quite there yet. I was humbled... :blush:
