Need I say any more? Hillary, Its time to strap your guns on. Its time to get down and dirty! Get tough, eliminate those trigger points. When that urge comes, walk away drom what you are doing and shake your head. Convince yourself that the urge will do damage to you. Keep saying to yourself " NOPE, I WONT LET YOU BEAT ME" Remember what you were doing when the urge came and then stay away from that situation. If the urge came from nowhere, then just walk away and do something like ummm, pop a hunk of gum in your mouth, but keep busy. Fight this thing with the tools that you have and keep your will power strong. I am not sure about any one else, but when I get that urge, i like orange juice. Some thing about vit c helped me. But keep in your mind and keep thinking about that mass that your friends sister in law has. That should do it in its self. I am sure you dont want that kind of news.
Good luck, good luck, you can beat this urge, have faith!! Its beatable!!
