you have learned an invaluable lesson here....one that some quitters take months and months to learn. it IS hard to keep up the positive thinking. this is one reason rewards are so important. taking care of yourself and being GOOD to yourself will help to keep you in that positive frame of mind.......and face it, we had down times when we smoked....most of us handled them by smoking more!
