You remind me so much of how I was around the same time, Sugarnose! You will be back to normal, one day, soon, I promise. What I still haven't worked out, though, is exactly how I came out the other end. Hmmm... I'm still not sure whether these moments of rage used to happen because I could no longer 'escape' to another place with a cigarette and was having to face my demons there and then, or whether it is quite simply the workings of humans who feel deprived when not feeding an addiction.
Either way - give yourself a bit more time. Try to give yourself some time-out as often as possible. This aspect of quitting is really hard, isn't it - but stand your ground, you are beating this addiction, day by day.
