Me either! Imallclear... you crack me up. My crankiness kicked in today, and I don't like it! My thing is that I don't really take it out on anyone else much, but in my head I'm a witch!

I'm a couple weeks in to my stopping smoking and considering this is my first attempt, I've been pretty pleased with myself. But the last couple days I've been sooooo crabby that I can barely stand to be around myself!! I've no intention of returning to smoking, but I suspect that my mood is from becoming tired of fighting the craving/withdrawals.
On the one hand, they don't seem that bad but on the other hand, I can't figure out why I can't shake this crabbiness! I'm using the Commit lozenge and they help take the edge off.
Anybody else endure this? Is this typical? Will it pass before I throw a temper tantrum at work? :p

mercy,
This is normal and will pass! You will need to take some time for yourself and perhaps start some relaxation techniques. By relaxing throughout the day and before bed, you can start the day fresh and have a better chance of getting through the day with a positive head on your shoulders.
Take some you time and pamper yourself. You are doing a great job and you deserve a reward :)
Josie
