Elisa, I don't understand what your question is. In order to post, you clicked on "reply to discussion" and wrote a post. To start a new post, you can go into any of the forums (by clicking "home" you can get to a list of all of the forums) and then in the center near the very top of the page, there's a button that says "start new discussion." You can start a discussion about anything smoking related. A good place to start would be in the Introduction Forum (the very first forum on the list of forums) and tell us a little bit about yourself. Give it a try and just practice. If you do something wrong, it's no big deal... we've all been new at one point or another and didn't know how things worked, so it's OK. If you have any other specific questions on how to do things, let us know and we will help you as best we can. Crave the Quit! Well, you've got the quit meter part. At least it's showing in your posts now. Let's hope you can get the rest working too! Just let me know if you need any help. Crave the Quit! Needtostop, By "crave meter" do you mean quit meter? If so, when you post, right above the "preview" button that's next to "reply to discussion," there's an option that says "Show my quit meter." You must click this EVERY TIME in order for it to show up. When you signed up, there was an option that said "show my meter" but it doesn't work. You must click "show my quit meter" in order for your quit meter to show up. In order to set your quit date and all of the details in the quit meter, on the left hand side of the screen, under the car and the road, there's something that says "My Glove Compartment." Then, under that, it says "As you proceed your persona information will be stored here. Click there to go to your glove compartment. Once you're there, there's a button near the top that says "click here to change my personal profile" (it's orange) and you can change the details that go in your quit meter there. If you're talking about how to download the quit meter, I can't help you. I've heard it's very complicated and I've never even tried. You don't need it in order to use the program here, so I've never bothered downloading it. Instead, I downloaded the silkquit meter to my desktop and it works just fine for me. While you're in your glove box, under all of your quit stats, but above where it says "click here to post in the SSC supprt group" there's an option that says "Click here to continue your journey." If you click there, you can go through the workbook program. Let me know if this doesn't work for you or if you have problems finding any of this stuff or if you need more help. If you know how to get on the IM, I can get on and help you more if you need it. Crave the Quit!
