bj, I smoked with all 4 of my pregnancies, that was in the 60's and not even my Dr said anything. Hey, that is so far back I don't want to go back and worry. Guess what????? None of my children smoke, and they are all in perfect health...For that I am thankful. I now know what I did wasn't right, but what can I do....NOTHING!!! Be gentle with yourself, and get on with your quit....that is the most important thing for your children right now...But most of all it is more important for YOU!!!! Congratulations on your 13 days, and remember that ole nic with try anything to make you feel guilty....get it????
