Hello Sharon, It sounds like You have Your heart in the right place, and a great Attitude Sharon, guess You just got to get Your mind right now, To me it seems like Everyone is tested when they decide to quit smoking, Where before when We was on that roller coaster ride with every day problems in life, We though a cigerette solved our problems, We thought, Far from it Sharon,
I remember back when I first started on this smoking website, after 6 or 8 weeks of my quit, lost a younger Brother to a heartattack and we had a nice fishing trip all planned out the following week, If anyone needed a cigerette at that time, had to have been me, but I though to myself, brother Mike wouldn't have wanted me to have a cigerette because of His passing on, and I used that for a Motivation,, and never looked back after that in my quit,
I've always told a lot of quitters to Grit Your Teeth, and get the Eye of the Tiger, because if that Nickodemon spots a weakness in You, He will exploit You out, and bring You back down from that cloud nine, You got it in You Sharon, You have proved it, 12 weeks without a cig, ''Just Do It,''' Smokless In Oklahoma :)
