Yesterday, I went to play Bingo at my favorite bingo hall, and to my surprise, a number of smokers came by the table I was at (in the NON smoking section), and congratulated me on quitting... some even gave me "high fives" Only drawback was we had to walk through the smoking section to get to the restroom and snack bar, BUT, the owners told me they were working on fixing that problem.. because now there are MORE NON SMOKERS than smokers.
It makes me feel "good all over to know that even smokers are proud that "I" quit...what they don't know is that I'm going to try and convince them to quit too..
Just wanted to share this wimpy little tidbit of my day yesterday and let you know that I'm proud of everyone here.
Keep up the good work!
I'm going to watch the SuperBowl today ---smoke-free--for the first time since it has been played !! Yep I was smoking before the first Superbowl was played !
Have fun Ya'll
