I can't believe I made it to day 4. I used alot of psychology on myself, to get through these days. Despite, being on chantex I still felt withdrawals badly on tuesday. I even was crying because the cravings where so strong. Good grief, I never want to go through that again, and I won't either, because i will never puff another cig. <---( see, about the psych thing) lol. Hey it works. I will start to workout today, in a few weeks I will be running again.I'm
anxious to see how I will feel; how a nonsmoker feels running. Now Im ready to hit the floors at work tomorrow in good spirits because I been through the hardest 3 days of not smoking. Okay Im ranting to much here. Take care and G-d bless :)
